This channel is for new players to help them with their ship fits. This means that fits are optimised for starter skills, basic play styles and keeping them cheap. Where needed I've chosen fits that mesh best with the rest of that faction. Due to the severe character limitation in the chat channel and fits taking up lots of space it's all very condensed.


Combat frigates: These are meant to be super cheap, for PVE there's very little use to them as destroyers perform much better there (this can be very different in PVP). So super cheap modules, no rigs and because of that sometimes an empty slot, but that's fine. For combat PVE upgrade to a destroyer ASAP, don't waste your iskies on a frigate.

Exploration Frigates: Exploration ships work best if they have a cloak, if you're an alpha player you can not use one so you'll have to do without it. Makes the fit cheaper but your survivability goes down.

The limitations of the chat channel forced me to link just one so I went for the best one as it has 5 midslots, the others you can derive from that as they're all very similar. Note that the Amarr one is easily the worst of the bunch because it only has 3 midslots.

Mining Frigate: There's only one and it's really good for a starter ship. It's tanked to endure the NPC and perhaps hope to survive a gank attempt. don't get your hopes up though, stay alert! Also, don't bother with mining drones.

Destroyers: Now we're getting somewhere, these are superior in most forms of combat PVE because they have way more dps and dps is good, so they're fitted less cheaply because you'll probably use them longer. Don't go overboard though, cruisers aren't cheap!
